Board of Directors:

Missoula Bicycle Club is an incorporated 501(c)3 corporation registered with the State of Montana and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a nonprofit organization. We have a members approved Bylaws and need to recruit a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the members. Board members are elected for a one year term as are the officers of the board. Our Board of Directors is to be composed of 5 to 11 members who volunteer for a one year term. With 0 currently elected board members there are openings for 11 board members who may be appointed by a Members' Meeting as soon as possible for 2026.

2025-26 Board Members as of 10/31/2025, and Officers are non-existent. There were insufficient members in attendance at the October 21, 2025 Members' Meeting to make the vote official. The officers of the Board of Directors have not been confirmed as of January 13, 2026.
