• 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM Check-in to the Google Meet online session and check your connection
• 7:00 PM - 7:15 PM Introduction of members who called this meeting
  • Current Membership status 47 paid members for 2025
  • Current Financial status
  • Recap MBC sponsored member activities during 2025
• 7:15 Brief introduction of the current status and potential future of MBC
  • Lack of volunteers to allow the organization to continue
    • Require minimum of 5 volunteers to be active members of the Board of Directors
    • This includes 4 officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, & Treasurer, each a separate position
    • Very low financial holdings
    • Major expenditures due before January 31, 2026
  • Additional volunteers to be ride leaders
  • Identification of potential future
    • Option 1. Continue as a nonprofit members oriented organization complying with the MBC Bylaws and State of Montana laws.
    • Option 2. Begin process of voluntary dissolution of the State recognized corporation.
    • Option 3. Sit back and do nothing until the State implements involuntary dissolution.
    • Contingent upon not implementing option 1, allow internal sharing of contact information to allow and encourage development of independent casual biking groups
