On Tuesday, October 21, 2025 a MBC Members' meeting will be called to order at 7:00 PM in the Spirit of Peace Church at 506 Toole Avenue. This meeting is required by our MBC Bylaws to allow members to vote to approve the members of our Board of Directors for the next 12 months. Our Bylaws require a minimum of 5 Directors with a maximum set at 11.  Please plan to attend. All members who attend will receive their choice of one historic TOSRV memorabilia; Neck buff, socks, or mug. Some items may have limited supply, come early to receive your choice.

Nominations for additional Board of Directors members will be accepted online at our webpage, "Board Nominations 2025-2026", until 5:00 PM October 20. Additional nominations may be presented at the meeting, see below.

• 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM Introduction of current MBC Board of Directors, notification that additional nominations for the MBC Board of Directors will be accepted later in the meeting after these brief organization reports:
  • Membership status
  • Current Financial status
  • Recap MBC sponsored member activities during 2025
• 7:30 PM Acceptance of additional nominees for MBC Board of Directors. Nominated individuals must be present to accept and confirm their nomination.
  • Introduction of qualified nominees for the MBC Board of Directors
  • Members' vote to approve the Board members for 2025-2026 with terms beginning at the conclusion of this meeting.
• 8:00 PM Open discussion of MBC future
